Independence

No leash.
No landlord.

The harness, workspace access, sessions and keys live on your machine. Model traffic goes to the provider you configure. No hosted workspace sits between you and the agent.

  • No telemetry
  • No hosted control plane
  • No silent switch to a different provider
  • Switch providers without losing your setup

The boundary

What stays. What leaves.

Stays on your machine

Sessions
sessions/*.json in the app data directory
Captures
captures/*.png in the app data directory
Settings
settings.json in the app data directory
API keys
OS keyring. Codex credentials stay in Codex's own store.

Goes to your provider

Network, plainly

Every outbound call has a reason.

Model calls
To the provider you choose: Command Code, ChatGPT / Codex, Inception, or your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
Update check
Installed builds query their git remote once at startup. It can be turned off in settings.
Skill catalogue
Requests to skills.sh happen only when you open or search the marketplace.
No telemetry
There is no analytics endpoint and no Kolora account to phone home to.

Your machine is not a tenant.
