Desktop agent harness · macOS + Linux

The agent actually built for agentic independence.

A native Rust runtime with real files, shell, approvals and an embedded WebKit browser it drives itself. The harness and your data stay on your machine; the model comes from the provider you choose.

01 What it is

A harness,
not a chat window.

Three things decide what an agent can do: its tools, its brakes, and where its state lives. Kolora owns all three.

01

Real tools.

Files, shell commands, an embedded WebKit browser, screen capture and native desktop input — executed by the Rust core.

02

Real brakes.

Ask, auto or deny for writes, commands and desktop input. Plan mode gives the agent read-only tools. Cancelling kills the process group.

How permissions work
03

Real independence.

Sessions, captures and settings stay in the local app data directory. API keys live in the OS keyring. Model calls go to your provider.
